What to Expect
Your visit at SoCal Colonics is designed to feel private, respectful, and simple. You'll be guided through every step, with plenty of time to ask questions and move at your own pace.
When you arrive, you'll complete a short intake form and discuss any questions with your therapist. You'll be shown the private treatment room, restroom, and how everything works before your session begins.
You'll lie comfortably covered while warm, filtered water flows in and out through a small disposable speculum in a closed system. Your therapist will stay in the room, adjust flow as needed, and check in with you throughout.
After your session, you'll have time to use the restroom, hydrate, and ask about aftercare. You'll leave with simple suggestions for water, food, and how often to schedule future visits based on your goals and comfort.
Many clients choose colon hydrotherapy to support a cleaner feeling, occasional bloating relief, or as part of a broader wellness routine. Sessions are always personalized and never rushed.
Colon hydrotherapy is a complementary wellness service and is not a replacement for medical care. Always consult your physician about what is appropriate for your health.
